Custom Photo Booth Coverage

While most weddings select three to four hours of coverage, Auré regularly supports custom timelines for corporate events, brand activations, and private gatherings across the San Francisco Bay Area. If your event requires shorter activation windows or extended photo booth rental coverage, please send an email to tailor a proposal around your event schedule.

A Note About Hours

We recommend no more than 4 hours of coverage for peak impact especially for weddings.
Why? When a photo booth is available for long stretches of time, the energy fades, the lighting shifts, and even the most beautiful experiences begin to feel overstretched. We believe in leaving your guests wanting more, not standing around. If you're thinking about 5-8 hours of coverage at your wedding, trust us: 3–4 hours is the sweet spot.

Idle Time (30–90 Minutes)

If you’d like the booth temporarily paused, perhaps during dinner or speeches, we offer idle time, which allows us to discreetly close the booth without impacting your booked photo time and ensures you maintain the full value of your rental.

Example: Instead of booking 4 consecutive hours, you might choose 3 hours of photo time + 1 hour of idle time, helping lower your overall rate while still delivering a seamless experience.

Travel & Customization

Events that exceed 100 miles round trip will incur a travel adjustment.
In some cases, a hotel stay may be required if safe return travel is not possible due to distance or windy roads at night. We’ll always discuss this transparently in advance.
